Zoho Desk - New/updated record trigger

The New/updated record trigger runs the recipe when there is a new/updated record in Zoho Desk.

Trigger poll intervalSelect the frequency at which trigger checks for new events, from the drop-down menu. Defaults to minutes if left blank. The minimum value allowed is 5 minutes. Learn more
When first started, this recipe should pick up events fromSelect the date and time from the calendar. When you start a recipe for the first time, it picks up events from this specified date and time. It was processed 1 hour ago if left blank. Once a recipe has been run or tested, the value cannot be changed.
Set trigger conditionDefine further guidelines added to a specific trigger that filter what type of trigger events should be selected for processing.
