Freshservice - Create task action

The Create task action enables you to create a task in a ticket in Freshservice.

Ticket IDSelect the ticket ID under which you plan to create a task from the drop-down menu.
TitleProvide the title of the task.
DescriptionProvide the description of the task.
StatusSelect the status of task from the drop-down menu.
Due dateProvide the due date of the task.
Notify beforeTime in seconds before which notification is sent prior to due date. Select the time from the drop-down menu.
Workspace IDID of the workspace to which the task belongs. Select the value from the drop-down menu.
Group IDSelect the group to which the task is assigned, from the drop-down menu.
Agent IDSelect the agent whom the task is assigned, from the drop-down menu.
Custom fieldsAdd the custom fields in key-value pair.
